Using brass inlays and thousands of hand-applied, red hot burn marks, folk artists in Poland decorated this large wooden plate for a wall or stand-alone display. We have comissioned a small shop in southern Poland to created a custom design with an image of the large edelweiss flower in the center and six smaller ones on the edge of the plate.

Each plate is made of seasoned wood that takes 3-4 years to dry for best results. The process of creation and painting of this unique workmanship takes four days per plate.

The diameter is approximately 15" (50cm).
The shade color of the wood stain may vary.
