ANIA ZAREMBA, Polish-born and mother of three used her extensive cooking experience to bring you these original Polish recipes. Ania has loved to cook since she was 6 years old. Since both of her parents worked late, she was tasked with cooking dinner for the family. Over time, she developed a love of cooking for people, and became especially happy when they liked what she made.
