A copy of your business State Sales Tax Exempt and Employer Identification Number to katy@polart.com. Please include your phone number, primary contact name, and shipping address if different then on your certificate. Wholesale orders have a $200.00 net minimum order. (No minimum order amount for a limited time only). Orders usually ship within 2 to 4 business days for all products in stock. Orders are by pre-payment only (methods include: PayPal, credit card, check, or money order), and shipping charges are added to each shipment. Drop shipping is available for certain items.
